Couples looking for comfort
Went there with my wife and we loved the breakfast made by Donna and her team she’s so friendly and really makes you feel at home. We parked right outside our room which is just perfect after a long day exploring you just want to drop everything and relax.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but honestly worth every penny.

The Superior King Room features front and back seating. Room amenities include a microwave, mini fridge, and tea/coffee supplies. Excellent water pressure in the shower and wonderfully soft towels. The breakfast options are plentiful, with a well-cooked full Welsh breakfast that doesn't leave you greasy.
A couple of small annoyances stood out. The WiFi code wasn't initially in the room, leading to frustrating attempts to connect. It could be helpful to have that info readily available. While the quietness generally adds to the experience, the lack of evening meals or a bar means you'll need to travel a bit for dinner. Lastly, the small window at the top of the door lets in some light, which might bother those hoping for pitch-black sleeping conditions.

great stay but minor improvements needed
The spacious accommodation provided ample storage, making our stay more comfortable. The team, led by Donna, went above and beyond, even assisting with local weather updates for our hiking plans.
The only drawback was the somewhat limited breakfast choices on the first day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay, highlighted by plush super king beds, fluffy robes, and a delightful breakfast served with charm. Don't miss out on the toiletries stocked in the room and the Kit Kats! Ensure you arrive with snacks as the village offers little nearby.

We had a fantastic trip with friends, exploring Snowdonia and Portmeirion. The rooms were clean and spacious, with handy amenities like a fridge and microwave. Donna made us feel right at home and served a delicious breakfast that really hit the spot. This place is perfect for hiking, cycling, and even golfing nearby. I highly recommend it for a fun getaway!
I did have a bit of trouble finding the WiFi code initially since it wasn't in the room and I couldn't check my email. That was a bit annoying.

Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff!
So glad we chose this place for our stay! It’s super close to Port Merion, which was awesome. Donna and her crew were amazing, really made us feel at home. Breakfast had all the good stuff, like the best bacon ever. Only thing was that the shower could’ve been a bit more powerful, but it was clean and comfy. Will definitely be back!
